OATHOR aims to make the public website usable across keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, reduced-motion, and mobile contexts.
The site uses semantic headings, visible focus states, skip navigation, labelled form controls, keyboard-operable navigation, high-contrast text, reduced-motion support, responsive reflow, and sufficiently large interactive targets. Decorative graphics are excluded from the accessibility tree where appropriate.
